材料
糯米粉 (glutinous rice flour) 1杯 (110g左右)
糖 (sugar) 2茶匙 (tsp)
梳打粉 (baking soda) 1/8茶匙 (tsp)
牛奶 (milk) 半杯 (120ml左右)
红豆沙 (red bean paste) 180g左右
白芝麻 (sesame seed) 1/3杯
做法
1). 把糯米粉，糖，梳打粉和牛奶混合均匀，揉成柔软如耳垂的面团；
2). 把红豆沙分成8等份。将面团也分成8小份，搓圆后压扁，包入红豆沙；
3). 搓成圆球，在冷水里滚一下，表面粘满芝麻；
4). 锅中油热后，放入煎堆，中火炸2-3分钟，捞出。然后入油锅复炸1分钟至金黄，放在垫有厨纸的碟子上，吸取多余油分即可
